Q.   How do I purchase a product online?
A.   To learn more about a product, click on it's image or appropriate tab
        and you will find a complete description. Want to purchase the
        product? Select "Add to Cart", and we'll guide you from there. Once
        you've completed our simple online order form, providing shipping
        and billing information and credit card number, we'll confirm your
        order via email. You can back out anytime prior to your final approval
        for the purchase.

Q.   What forms of payment may I use?
A.   We accept PayPal, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
        We also accept money orders, cashier checks, and personal checks.
        We will not ship your order until your personal check clears the bank.

Q.   Is it safe to us my credit card to order online?
A.   YES! Our security system prevents unauthorized access to confidential
        information whether you are online or off-line. We use state-of-the-
        art software to encrypt your credit card numbers and personal
        information automatically while they are in transit over the internet,
        preventing a third party from viewing the information.   The instant
        you reach our checkout page, a padlock symbol at the bottom of your
        screen indicates that you have entered our secure shopping zone. An
        internal security system, known as a firewall, protect information
        about you stored in our computer from being viewed by a third party.

Q    How are products shipped?
A.   We ship your Cover using UPS Ground. We cannot deliver to P.O.
        boxes and must be a street address, or if using a rural route number,
        a complete address and nearest crossroad.

Q.   Do you ship overseas?
A.   Yes, we will ship to U.S. territories, Canada, Mexico, and other
        overseas addresses. You must contact us for special pricing and
        shipping information. Contact US

Q.   How do you calculate shipping? What will it cost?
A.   Continental USA shipping is calculated based on weight during
        ordering process. Canadian order will be Quoted and shipped via UPS
        Standard, all others will have to be quoted on an individual basis and
        will require contacting us. International country duties will be the
        responsibility of the buyer.

Q.   What other charges are applied to my order?
A.   Orders delivered to the State of California will be charged 7.25% sales
        tax. Pennsylvania 6% sales tax.

Q.   What kind of warranty on your product?
A.   Sunbrella Fabric is a woven product and has a full 6 year warranty.
